Yoga

zen buddha-smaller

…means the UNION of body, mind, spirit, emotions; all dimensions of the human being coming together as ONE.

The word “Yoga” means to “unite; to “yoke together”.

We can practice yoga through many forms of disciplines and exercises – postures (asana), mindfulness, meditation, relaxation, and more importantly through the choices we make in our daily lives.

Yoga is coming home to one’s True Self. Recognizing that all the things we need are already present within us. We are already whole on the inside.

Yoga is a lifelong, beautiful practice that will keep changing over time and keep changing you as well. It will always keep taking you deeper into who you are, to be more and more deeply in touch with your truth as a person, as a human being. It is suitable for all ages, all body types and sizes, all genders, all people. Everyone benefits from doing yoga.

I teach yoga that is rooted in the Kundalini Yoga tradition. I’m an internationally certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, and have been teaching more or less full time internationally since 2010. I first started practicing yoga regularly in 2005 with Ashtanga Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. I have taught yoga classes and workshops in most of the Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark and Finland) as well as in Germany and the UK and as far afield as South Africa.

I teach regular classes and workshops in different venues, see CALENDAR. I also provide one-to-one private sessions as well as private group sessions and yoga for businesses. Let me know your needs by emailing:
